I need help losing weight
If you need help to lose weight, gain weight or maintain your existing weight, you can get quick feedback from our online moderated communities. These communities are also a great way to get help using the Gym Geek app. Join us on:

To cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. If you are on a free trial, cancel your trial at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
All subscriptions to Gym Geek are made through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and are managed directly by Apple or Google. This means we don’t have access to your billing information and are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf. To cancel, you’ll need to follow the steps below through your app store account.
For iOS (Apple App Store):
To cancel your subscription on an iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the app (Gym Geek)
- Tap Cancel Subscription.

To cancel your subscription through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find the app (Gym Geek)
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
