Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. If you are on a free trial, cancel your trial at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
All subscriptions to Gym Geek are made through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and are managed directly by Apple or Google. This means we don’t have access to your billing information and are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf. To cancel, you'll need to follow the steps below through your app store account.
For iOS (Apple App Store):
To cancel your subscription on an iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the app (Gym Geek)
- Tap Cancel Subscription.

For Android (Google Play Store):
To cancel your subscription through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find the app (Gym Geek)
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

The Gym Geek app does not have an accounts feature and all your data is stored on your device only.
If you'd like to stop using Gym Geek, you can simply uninstall the app from your device. Please note, if you have an active trial or subscription, you will need to cancel this separately.

If you entered the wrong starting weight while setting up the Gym Geek app, don't worry - this is easy to fix.
- Open the "Track" tab in the Gym Geek app.
- At the top of the Track screen, use the date selector to navigate back to the day you wish to change.
- On the Track screen, scroll down to the "Track weight" section.
- Tap the "Delete record" button below your starting or current weight.
- If this was the only weight you've recorded in the app, the app will automatically prompt you to enter your current weight.
