Welcome to Gym Geek. We are the leading free gym and working out information website. With daily updates you can always count on finding the most important fitness related articles and tips.
We know that there are a lot of fitness myths and half truths. We have one aim – to only publish true and valid facts, and in an easy to digest way.
You can follow us on Twitter, where we also post many links to other fitness blog articles.
Fitness, body building and weight training is our passion and we hope you can tell that when reading out blog. Every article on this website is well researched and linked with sources and evidence, especially when dealing with more controversial issues (such as supplements and ‘bro science’ stuff!).
Although we firmly believe that ‘turning up to the gym several times a week’ is the most important advice to follow (honestly if you turn up 3 times a week you are going to get fitter) by following well researched and well guided advice (such as our workout routines) you are going to be much more efficient in the gym, see better results in faster time periods.
Of course we also believe that working out should be fun. But when every week you are putting more weight on the bar it is hard to not really enjoy it! Working out is probably the single best thing to be addicted to.
We try and have a full range of types of articles from simple tips to videos explaining how to do exercises.
