Exercising the chest just means bench press...right? ... right??
Ok, everyone who hits the gym does bench press (or uses one of the chest machines). But there are a whole load of other chest exercises you should really be doing!
But before you start doing other exercises make sure you do the bench press with correct form. As well as doing the bench press in incline and decline, you should also be doing flyes.
Don't forget pushups!
Pushups are sometimes seen as a exercise that is too basic - but it isn't. It is a great exercise, and there are many types of push ups you can do.
