Our team of health and fitness enthusiasts write high-quality workout routines, exercise guides and nutrition articles. Not only is all of our content free, but every article is well-researched and backed up by our rigorous editorial process.

History of Gym Geek

Gym Geek was launched in 2014 and over the years has served millions of visitors across the United States, United Kingdom and many other countries globally.

The website started as the personal blog of Ben Stone, providing tips and advice about working out, fitness and gym-life in general.

Over time, Gym Geek expanded into a comprehensive resource for workout routines, exercise guides and more, with contributions from Simon Walker and Jane King.

In 2022, Gym Geek joined forces with Recoreo, with a plan to extend the reach and authority of the website, a key step on our journey to making the world stronger.
